Important Items to Note:
- Allow 2-3 days advance notice for desire film pick-up.
- When picking you your films or reports, you will need to present a photo ID. If someone other than the patient is picking up films, they will be required to have a written authorization from the patient.
- These are original films and are the responsibility of the patient once they are received.
